HSB is a big enough company that there are many offices nationwide and room for individual growth and professional development, but a small enough company that you feel like your individual contributions matter and are important.
What I wish was different
More interdepartmental collaboration in the internship program.
Advice
An internship is what you make of it. If you put in effort, make connections with employees, and ask for more work when you finish projects then you will get so much more out of the experience than by just showing up.

What I liked
Interesting to be in an office environment. I also liked meeting the other interns.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more of an opportunity to interact with people more. A lot of the job was just doing work alone.
