What I liked

I enjoyed the professional development opportunities provided by the company, and the independence I was given within the role. I also was able to work with different departments on various projects which I enjoyed.

What I wish was different

I have very few complaints. Guthrie treated me like a professional and acted as if I had been a member of the HR team for years.

Advice

The internship experience at Guthrie ends with a presentation day for all of the interns working within the company. This experience allows others, including the organization's CEO, to see what work you did to assist the company during your experience. This internship also relies a lot on independent work, so it is imperative to ask for help when problems arise.
