The Gardens is a great place where you get to work with a smaller group of individuals who become more like friends than fellow employees. The work schedule here is very flexible to your individual needs and everyone is always willing to help you on the job. Every day can be different and there's always something to do so that you never get bored while working.
What I wish was different
Sometimes it would have been helpful to have another few members on the crew to get some longer tasks done in less time, but other than that the rest was an overall positive experience.
Advice
It's a rewarding experience if you are good at co-operating with others and have a positive work ethic.
