I wish the staff got along better and more communication between fellow staff members.
Advice
It is very important to communicate and make sure all staff are aware of any changes and situations to be able to make the community safer and our jobs more effective.

I wish the program as a whole wouldn’t be longer.
Advice
Being able to think on your toes is a really great personality trait. And also don’t underestimate the power/smartness of 6-7 year olds.
