Amazing community and team bonding (even virtually!). Got to witness tangible effects--your work helps fight hunger and food waste. Very collaborative, determined, and supportive team efforts.

More opportunity to personally go to and help out at deliveries.

Take initiative! Since The Farmlink Project is still a growing nonprofit, they value leadership and new ideas coming from all members.

The environment is very welcoming and gives each member a voice in decisions. We also are doing social good and I feel fulfilled.
