It is a really great atmosphere, the entire hotel staff is kind and supportive. Everyone there wants to see each-other succeed.
What I wish was different
There are differing styles of management that tend to conflict with each-other, managers just need to be on same page.
Advice
It's like a family there, everyone is very supportive and understanding. If you ever have a problem, there is always someone there that is willing to help.
