Friendly staff, challenging work, ability to grow, and opportunities to travel
What I wish was different
I wish there was more career development done by the company for the co-ops and interns. And it would have been nice to have an opportunity to meet with all staff and interns.
Advice
Try consulting as an internship or right out of college to have the opportunity to travel early before you want to "settle down". This will give you an exposure to many types of industries.
