It is a friendly work environment with great people. Completing tasks is always enjoyable due to the people I get to work with.
What I wish was different
The higher management is lacking and could be better. They give large deadlines without taking into account how busy the store may be or outside circumstances that make completing the deadlines impossible.
Advice
Go into it with an open mind and do not let things out of your control stress you out.
