The Children’s Law Center New York (CLC) is a not-for-profit law firm founded on the belief that children deserve skilled, zealous advocates in the court system. Through our trial, appellate and reflective practices, we represent over 7,000 children annually in Family and Supreme Court. We handle abuse, neglect, high conflict custody, guardianship, visitation, child support, paternity, Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS), Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), domestic violence matter, termination of parental rights, and adoption cases. Since 1997 we have represented over 100,000 children and youth. Along with trial and appellate work we are in the community helping our clients with educational advocacy and social services supports. As an interdisciplinary team of attorneys and social workers we are committed to providing high quality legal services to our young clients and providing them with a voice and a continuum of client management services. Our offices are located in Bronx, Kings, Queens and Richmond Counties.
