I love working with other people, interacting with students and staff, and the general open atmosphere that BFI has. I'm working here for the summer and fall now. The work is a steady routine, and I almost always know what to expect even if there's a lot of new experiences to be found daily.
What I wish was different
So far...nothing! It's a great place where I feel like my teaching style is going very well.
Advice
Get really close (as close as you can) with fellow tutors and the center's management. They're seriously so awesome. And stay connected with them. This will make your time here a lot more enjoyable and you can always come to them if you need anything. I worked remotely over Zoom and had 0 problem connecting with fellow tutors.
