The internship was eye-opening. It was interesting to explore the business and the industry. I did a normal amount of work and they offered to keep me on after the internship so that was nice.
What I wish was different
I feel that they didn't help explain the specifics of my day to day work. It was very redundant work. Doing the same thing over and over again. There wasn't great communication because it's a remote position and that made it harder. They have a very specific publishing agenda that I didn't agree with and wish I had known more about before I started.
