The culture at The Bridge is fantastic. Every staff person is completely passionate about what they're doing, and there's a fantastic separation of nonprofit management and direct services. I got to work hands-on in nearly every facet of the organization, and I would have gotten to do even more had I been there a few weeks longer. I loved every minute.
What I wish was different
Advice
Have an outlet to talk about your experiences. I would come home and want to talk about my day and legally, I couldn't. Have a plan for how you'll vent what's happened to you, whether bad or good.
