Everything! I love the teamwork and communication that all of the Chefs have between each other. Also if you are starting off brand new the Supervisors and other Chefs are very patient with you and check on you whenever you need.
What I wish was different
Nothing! If you have any issues or anything just address it with the supervisors and they will help!
Advice
Everyone has to start somewhere and it’s okay not to know things that’s what teamwork is for.

If I was able to stay at the job instead of coming back to school.
Advice
It was something I will never forgot, I was terrified at first but it has helped me become more confident in myself working in a kitchen. I would highly suggest taking a leap and doing something if you have the opportunity even if it is out of your comfort zone.
