The culture which emphasizes a communal setting and teamwork. Basil fostered an environment for me to grow and allow for school work on the job.

I wish I did not take on such a time demanding role.
Advice
Although I maintained a near perfect GPA, the stress of working full time proved difficult while in school. Only take on what you know you can handle!
