I like the staff and the clients. As the flow of people I have met, they all have a big heart for this. They also grow a bond and relationship with the clients.

I would share, having an open heart and mind is a big part of the job. They are some of the best people out there.

What I liked
I love being able to help others especially when they do not have family around to support them and help take care of them.
What I wish was different
I wish we did not have to do so much cleaning, but it can vary from place to place.
Advice
It is an eye opener and you have to have a heart of compassion and a willingness to work with people who have disabilities. You also have to have an understanding that they are not always going to communicate they way that we do.
