The location. It was a full service resort too so plenty to see and learn.
What I wish was different
I got a little bit of management experience but I was eventually just placed on a job that I ended up doing for a month and a half. I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the experience I had expected.
Advice
Make sure to get clear communication with leadership in HR so you know what you will be doing before you get there.
