The ability to learn new skills and get better at skills that I already possessed. I was able to grow and work independently as well as working for a company whose mission was something I agreed with.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I felt left on my own unsure of how to proceed so more guidance and structured work might have helped. This was the first time they had an intern and the data department is new so it makes sense that the program would still be figuring out the best ways to proceed.
Advice
Do things you aren't sure of because you'll be able to figure it out and only will grow from there.
