What I liked

Recently gave an across the board raise

What I wish was different

No work life balance. Management is not addressing ongoing issues with workflow and staffing. On the third year of forced overtime.

Advice

I do not recommend this employer as a career choice. The compensation for moving into management is not attractive or competitive considering the increased workload. In addition, supervisors are salaried but expected to work uncompensated overtime. This is just a good option for getting some work experience

What I liked

I loved the environment and the nurses I worked with; they were very kind. The work wasn't too much and it was a chill work place.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more research projects to work on. Overall I wasn't too upset about that. I was kept busy and I appreciate that.

Advice

It's a very relaxing work space. You will have down time which is ok; gave me a chance to work on summer classes.
