Texans for Greg Abbott Internship Program
Texans for Greg Abbott is now accepting students for the Abbott Leadership Initiative internship for the Spring and/or Summer semester at Universities across the state. The internship program will provide direct personal experience in a political campaign and expose students to the Texas political realm that is eligible for academic credit.
Academically, students will be putting classroom-based knowledge of political science theories and methods to practice alongside battle-tested GOP operatives. Specifically, the Abbott Leadership Initiative will teach students the expertise needed to become a political organizer in the field by mastering cutting-edge campaign technology, developing leadership skills, and building a network. The internship offers an unparalleled setting to make a positive impact on a student’s current and upcoming chapter in life, family, community, career, and the American political system.
The internship will give you the skills and tools necessary to be eligible for hire by political campaigns after the 8-12 week, or semester-long fellowship program. With November 2022 on the horizon campaigns across the state are gearing up and need trained individuals to join their teams.
