Very friendly environment. All administration knew everyone on first name basis and showed interest in everyone's lives.
What I wish was different
I was essentially just a helper for any project that needed it. It would have been nice to have been more involved on a specific project or aspect of the projects.
Advice
Ask as many questions possible. Most of your coworkers have been doing their job for a while and will have a lot of useful insights.
