The Tennessee Department of Transportation is consistently ranked among the top DOT's in the nation. We pride ourselves on being debt free and continue to grow in a the most responsible and efficient way.
Our workforce is made up of over 3,400 unique individuals who work across the state in our engineering, environmental, and administration bureaus. We all work towards a common goal of providing citizens and travelers in Tennessee with the best multi-modal transportation system in the nation.
In 2025 we will continue to hire students and recent graduates with a passion for service to work as full-time entry-level engineers and part-time as summer interns.
