The internship was very insightful and allowed me to build and polish various skills. The People Team is great and super helpful. They truly want their intern to learn and grow and they help facilitate that. The office also offers a lot of free food!
What I wish was different
I wish I realized that I didn't like HR as much as I thought I did earlier. I could've explored the business' others segments of I had come to that realization earlier.
Advice
Do not be passive during your internship. If you are actively involved in defining your internship experience you will gain more from it. Network with others in the office as well. The office is pretty small and most people are approachable so don't be afraid to spark up a conversation.
