Being an Owl Team Leader was the most unique, difficult, and rewarding experience of my life. For about 2 months straight, I aided incoming new students in their transition to Temple University. I worked alongside some of the best and brightest people at the Unviersity. Some days, I worked more than 16 hours. I was alwas tired. I felt like I was participating in Orientation Boot Camp. This job tested my endurance and strength as an individual. I loved many aspects of this job. I loved talking to students and learning about their exctiement for college, what they participate in, and their goals beyond college. I learned so much about myself and the complex interworkings of interpersonal relationships. I worked with the same people I lived with and hung out with in my free time. The lessons that I learned about myself, others and life itself are insurmountable and I would not have traided my time as an Owl Team Leader for the world.
