What I liked

The community that I got to work with everyday. Everyone treats each other like family whether it be parents, faculty, or admin. I loved leading a great team of employees in the library, which holds a special place in my heart since I have been going there since I was a kid (I am the fourth generation at Temple Emanuel in my family).

What I wish was different

I wish I could have worked more! Since there are only two days a week I could work there, it was hard for me to really make a solid impact in short periods of time.

Advice

To enjoy the little things. I loved reading to the 1st graders that came into the office once a week!
