They had just begun work as this was a brand new firm. I was looking for more structure

What I liked
Tembo is such a wonderful place to work. The atmosphere is wonderful, the experience builds so much knowledge and they truly care about their employees.
What I wish was different
I wish I had carved out more time to work with Tembo, as I think the more time spent there, the better.
Advice
Don't be afraid of asking questions and going into the job not necessarily knowing exactly what you are doing!
