The small community working for a great cause, everyone was very motivated to do their job to the best of their abilities.
What I wish was different
The summer is a slower time with colleges and universities not being in session, I wish I had the ability to see what the office and work would look like over the school year.
Advice
Be willing to wear different hats around the office and always speak up and offer to share your experience.
