“I worked from home during Summer 2020 and TDS did the best they could for their interns to have a good virtual internship experience. We had weekly Microsoft Teams calls where we had the opportunity to meet and network with different employees across the business units. I got to meet the executive board in one of the Intern events and had few 1:1 meetings with my superiors, such as the CIO of the company. Additionally, due to COVID-19, the company sent some KN95 face masks, TDS merch and all my work equipment to my house. The level of concern the company has for their employees and focus for new hires to meet the entire TDS team is exceptional.”
