I love that my employer's expectations were very high for me and that I was performing work that a commissions analyst would be doing on a daily basis, not just mundane tasks to help with operations.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have shadowed the other departments in the company sooner, so that I could have had more time to understand what they did and collaborate with them.
