The program is great, but the jobs are dependent on wether or not the employers actually check applications submitted through Handshake.

What I liked
I enjoy the flexibility with my school schedule. As a music student, performances pop up a lot, on short notice. My staff is always open when I need time off/to come in late. I also LOVE the experience I get working in an office that aligns with my major!
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to work. Having a busy schedule in school makes it hard to truly establish a connection in my workplace
Advice
I would say to reach out to as many people as you can. Networking is essential in the real world, and having an on campus job gives us that opportunity to practice what we need to know.
