The experience of expanding my knowledge in optics and the many different people I worked with.

I wish management wouldn’t been different and the involvement when it came to training, team work, etc.

One piece of advice I would share would be to focus on bettering oneself with knowledge of their craft so that the work load won’t seem overwhelming.
