Staff was extremely friendly and open toward teaching us.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been structured just a little better, but that’s also the nature of the work we’re doing, it tends to be unpredictable.
Advice
Take time to speak and build connections with all of the staff.

What I liked
Working for an NFL team in any aspect is an incredible experience. The people who worked in the building were all so welcoming and willing to sit down with me to talk about their story and how they got their jobs.
What I wish was different
More involvement with actual operations jobs. I worked the same position last summer and was more involved than I was this year.
Advice
Know the difference between being a hard worker and over-stepping your boundaries. There were several interns who pushed too far and upset some of the full time employees by doing so.
