What I liked

Since the company was a startup. There was so many things to learn from the process of developing a better product. It's a very dynamic environment and constantly moving quick. I really liked utilizing all the engineering skills I've learned from the courses I've taken and learning more soft skills on hand.

What I wish was different

As for startup, there usually aren't a lot of people around with similar background. Having more interns with similar background could help the development process faster.

Advice

If you are on the path to, possibly one day, become a leader of the company, interning or working at a startup company can teach you so many things that you can't get out of a larger company. You will become more likely to be comfortable with different field other than just engineering background over time.
