What I liked

The challenging and rewarding work environment, startup culture, and impressive transparency. Tailwind puts a lot of deliberate time and money investment into maintaining their culture and it's infectious. I also got great insight into how a startup functions and grows.

What I wish was different

I wish I had gotten to know more of my teammates better. Sitting in front of my screen all day and keeping to myself was the worst decision I ever made.

Advice

Talk to as many people as you can. Tailwind has an amazing team with crazy past experiences and side hustles. You can learn from everyone.
