What I liked

Handshake was a great tool for helping me find this role. It helped me to see what the job was about and to determine if it would be a good fit for me. The talent acquisition team did a great job communicating with me throughout the interviewing and onboarding process. The orientation was set up very well and they did a good job of explaining how each part of the company works together as a whole. The training I received has set me up for success as I progress further into my role. TM emphasizes autonomy and personal responsibility for the individual employee which creates a productive and healthy work environment that I am proud to be a part of.

What I wish was different

Shortly after applying, I received an initial phone call that led to an in-person interview. While the phone call was more convenient, I think it would have been more beneficial to have a short in-person meeting with the talent acquisition coordinator. The company has a great environment and culture that can only be fully captured while in the office.

Advice

One piece of advice that I would share about this experience is to be open to new opportunities however they may present themselves. I entered this role with an open mind and view it as a learning experience. This mindset has helped me to learn new skills in analyzing data and will continue to help me in the future.

What I liked

I am a current intern at Tailored Management, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my internship thus far. It is such a unique and flexible work environment, and all of the associates have made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. This company is one of a kind and makes coming to work enjoyable and fun. I have learned so much in this role, and I can't wait to see all that Tailored Management has in store for me!

What I liked

I enjoyed the opportunity to learn a lot about each department in the company. I was surrounded by people that made work fun and encouraged me to be my best self. Seeing how much everyone truly enjoyed their jobs made it easy for me to accept a full time position after graduation!
