You get to be on the ground with the actual students and meet new people!
What I wish was different
A little more training on protocol and what should be done would have been helpful.
It was also a little stressful with all the emails going back and forth between hosts, but that’s just part of the job.
Advice
Be proactive! Get things done quick and efficiently so things don’t pile up on you.
