Having the opportunity to work with a wide variety of ages was phenomenal. I loved the friendships I built with the other coaches and simply being in New Braunfels was wonderful.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more access to my phone so that my family could have reached me when there was a family emergency.
Advice
It will be hot, and there are few breaks. Be ready to serve the entire time you're there, and expect to grow a lot!!

What I liked
I loved getting to know the kids and interacting with peers my age from different colleges around Texas who also shared a passion for the Lord.
What I wish was different
My specific job within T Bar M was very new and not completely figured out, so it was hard adapting. But when I go back this year, things will definitely be better.
Advice
Take it one day and one kid at a time. On Monday the kid might hate you, but by Friday they will love you forever.

What I liked
Being surrounded by younger kids, in addition to being on staff with college aged individuals. It was very hands on and very fast paced and I learned a lot.

More money, bigger company.
