When working for a private practice, your job duties will usually stretch far beyond what you originally planned. So being prepared for and keeping an open mind will greatly benefit you.

What I liked
Learning what about insurance policies, patient report, and how a physical therapy practice is ran.
What I wish was different
I would love to have worked with the patients more but due to liability reasons I cannot. I will be able to work with patients in graduate school.

Keep a positive attitude and help anyone in need (patients and employees).
