SWM gives you a long leash. They reward a proactive approach by giving you more responsibility and access. You'll never be criticized for trying and failing when you could have done nothing instead. The full time employees are friendly and willing to help you if you come to meetings prepared. The internship pays well.
What I wish was different
The program is small; I spent most of my day around people much older than myself.
