My commute was about 1 hour each way. Still worth it. Working from home is an option too.

More engaging mentors, as most of the people were too busy working.

I had the chance to see how valuable it is to be flexible, such as being able to learn a new skill.

Culture was great. No micro managing and a lot of time spent getting to know who I worked with.

The work I got stuck doing wasnt that interesting. I benefitted most from talking to employees about their career journeys.
Advice
Great exposure to finance world, but nothing something I can see myself doing as a career.
