The people that work here with me are becoming my friends instead of just my coworkers. I would even say there is almost a "family" aspect between employees within this company because it is privately owned. I also really enjoy the fact that they are willing to work with my school schedule so I could continue my employment after the summer. The flexibility is GREAT for full-time students.
