What I liked
My manager was the best. I liked the work we did, and I really felt a part of the team. I got handed a lot of responsibility as well as getting to interact with clients. It was such a great experience!
What I wish was different
I wish the ending of my internship had gone differently. I was told that I would be staying on for at least a few months after my internship ended and even created a new schedule with my supervisors.
I was told with only a week's notice that my internship would be ending at the original end date, and I would not be staying on. It ended when it was originally supposed to, but I was misled for months which was a bummer. It was not my manager's fault and she is the best ever!
Advice
Work hard, maintain open communication with your supervisors, and don't be afraid to ask for help.
