I loved being able to work with and help guide the future students of Brockport into their transition from high school to college.
What I wish was different
While understandable due to the conditions, I wish this was an in-person opportunity rather than a virtual experience. I hope that with the accommodations made, students were able to grasp a great understanding of what becoming a college student and being independent is all about.
Advice
Be yourself and do not be afraid to break out of your shell. Life is what you make it and this is a predictor for your future so do not hold back.
