I loved getting to work with the incoming freshman, making connections, and knowing that what I was doing would (hopefully) be an asset to them throughout their college and professional career. This is always a rewarding experience for me!
What I wish was different
In hindsight, there are situations I wish I had handled differently, at least. As for the job itself, there isn't much I would change.
Advice
First impressions are important, whether it's how you present yourself to others or how you react the first time you see a rule being broken or an expectation not being met.
