What I liked
I loved the people there. From my coworkers to the residents, everyone was just very nice and nice to be around. It make work much more fun.
What I wish was different
I wish the shifts had more staff. Some days it could be a little hectic with only 3-4 care managers for the entire building.
Advice
Don’t rush. Take your time to make sure you are taking good care of each resident before going to help someone else. Unless it’s an emergency, the residents will be able to wait an extra minute or two.
