What I wish was different
We had extremely high turnover. By the time I left after two years, I had seen three branch managers and ten different coworkers, and most of them left on their own. I was in college, and I was expected to work every single Saturday. When I asked for Saturdays off for things like homecoming (graded performance for band) or family events, I was made felt ashamed for doing so and was told to choose between my family or my grades.
