Sundt was an amazing company to work for. They provided me with daily field experience, and meaningful work in the office. All the employees were super welcoming. I truly felt the company culture was family-oriented and that is now something I look for in a company.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have stayed longer to have learned more about the projects I was working on.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions and always be eager to help wherever is needed.

Always ask questions, ask for specific tasks/responsibilities. Supervisors will accommodate to get you the experience.
