Sundance Bay was founded in 2012 with an investment in two small multifamily assets. Since then, Sundance Bay has expanded its multifamily portfolio to acquire over 4,500 units across the US and launched Debt Strategies and Net Lease Investment verticals.

Our management team has over 130 years and $4B of combined acquisition and development experience, including publicly traded REIT experience. Partners have personally invested over $12M in Sundance Bay projects and invest personally in each venture (from personal bank accounts, not project fees).

We originate, process, fund, and service all of our loans. We are a full-service, private lending company facilitating bridge loans, acquisition loans and construction financing. Our clients are builders, real estate entrepreneurs, investors and wholesalers in need of efficient financing to complete a transaction.
Net-Lease
Sundance Bay Net Lease Investments is a real estate private equity firm that provides joint venture equity capital to net lease real estate developers nationwide. Our deep understanding of the net lease industry creates both value for the sponsors we partner with and the investment returns we generate.
