What I liked

Alta is the best company I've ever worked for. It's a fantastic learning experience and the highest paid job I've ever had. I work for this company as a sales rep and now as a Team Lead over the summers, and I'm using it to save up for my law school tuition. There are a whole multitude of resources available to you as an Alta employee to learn the art of sales, and regardless of your intended career path, the people skills and persuasiveness you practice on a daily basis will be invaluable.

What I wish was different

Advice

It's certaintly a skill. This job comes naturally to some more than others, and I definitely fall into the latter category, but I learned quickly that hard work and dedication allowed to me overcome my slow start and it paid off, quite literally. If you're willing to work hard and learn the skills you need, this job has limitless potential.

What I liked

I loved the work environment and culture at Alta. Everyone there, including the managers, truly care about your success and personal development. You also get to work one-on-one with the owners of the company, which is unheard of. On top of getting real life work experience, the pay is incredible. I definitely recommend working here if you are a driven individual looking to break into the sales and marketing industry.

What I wish was different

The job is challenging and definitely requires a lot of discipline on your part , but I personally wouldn't change that since it's a great learning experience and looks great on your resume.
