Camp Counselor

What I liked
I loved working with kids from ages 8-18 and mentoring 37 throughout the summer. I was able to lead activities, competitions, and wilderness trips. I gained confidence in leading and collaboration skills.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been there longer! Also, I would have enjoyed more time off during sessions since it is a rigorous job.
Advice
Always remember to focus on the vision and not the circumstance.
