It was a great experience and a lot of fun. Great networking opportunities and you get to see Cleveland in a whole new light.
What I wish was different
We were a brand new staff so nobody knew how the program should look. There was quite a bit of miscommunication in that first summer. Moving on it should be fine as the Director is not brand new.
Advice
You get out what you put in. The hours are not 9-5 so you can't expect to ever get a whole lot of time off.
